MARINA SLIPS
140 Slips in a protected channel off Lake Simcoe, with 15amp or 30amp hydro. We are able to accommodate boats up to 35’ with no more than a 4’ draft.
RAMP PASS
With an online quick and easy booking process, launch your boat from our new ramp. Ample parking and washrooms are available to all boaters and customers.
PRIVATE WASHROOMS + SHOWERS
We are one of the only marinas on Lake Simcoe that offerers Private washrooms and showers. Making for a comfortable stay at Cooks Bay. For this season we will be providing our clients with washrooms in the office as well.
MARINA OFFICE
The Cooks Bay Marina Office is the go-to place for any and all your needs. We sell ice bags, snacks, Coca-Cola, soft serve ice cream, and on-the-go ice cream to take to your boat!
Just let us know what you require, and we’ll have it taken care of for you.
Gas at dock
Conveniently installed, premium gas dock. We provide your boat full gas service while you enjoy the ground comfortably. CBM Members have Gas Valet Services as a courtesy.

FOOD TRUCK
Located beside the office we have our Food Truck Cooks By The Bay, where you can always find fresh food and snacks! Eat it your way! Check out our menu!
ICE CREAM
Is there anything better than Ice Cream? Yes, there is : having an Ice Cream with toppings! We have soft serve Gelato machines inside the office, with lots of topping option!
STATE OF THE ART WI-FI
Our marina is equipped with state of the art wifi services provided by Cloud Managed Services. These are the same people that install wifi in large malls and restaurants. Rest assured you won’t be off the grid during your stay
STORE N' LAUNCH
- Daily and Season Launch: Includes parking your vehicle and trailer and using the ramp.
- Seasonal Store and Launch: Save the wear and tear on your trailer and vehicle by storing your boat in our locked compound and launching yourself at your leisure with the included Ramp Pass.
- Dry Storage: All year-round. We can accommodate all boat sizes for Dry Storage ONLY. ( Please see office for rates and fees)
MEMBER'S LOUNGE
Being a member of Cooks Bay Marina is much more than having a place to stop your boat. Our members have a particular space for more comfort and fun throughout the year!
MECHANIC RELATED SERVICES
Cooks Bay Marina has two full time mechanics to get you on your way 6 days a week. From jump starting your battery or a full engine haul, we here to make it easy to get you back on the water.
