I wanted to thank you for your gracious hospitality during my recent #RediscoverON tour across our magnificent province.
The last 19 months have been extremely challenging for Ontario’s Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries but the remarkable resilience of the people in these sectors has given me hope and the confidence that we will see a full economic and social recovery.
I saw that resiliency firsthand with you on August 5th, at Cooks Bay Marina. Atef, the Premier often talks about the Ontario Spirit and I have to say that day at Cooks Bay Marina certainly proved it exists in our MHSTCI sectors!
Thank you once again, Atef, for your wonderful hospitality. You have my unwavering commitment to ensure Ontario’s tourism, hospitality, arts, culture, sports, recreation and heritage sectors rebound and I will continue to demonstrate that by showcasing great businesses like Cooks Bay Marina in my future #RediscoverON tours.
